Head Office Reporting Tools

We provide sophisticated head office reporting tools that provide summary information for all sites within a group. This makes it easy for your Financial Controller or IT Manager to see how well the system is performing as a whole, rather than visiting each hotel report separately.

Fully Configurable System Including Guest Portal Pages

The hotel controls the look and feel of the guest portal pages. All hotels have control of the content displayed on their hotel branded portal pages (where the guest connects), including the ability to feature local businesses and events. ReiverNet's Portal pages are easy to manage and can be multi-lingual if required. With the addition of Yahoo!7 news and weather links, the portal pages are truly interactive.

Manage the Guests Experience via the Hotels PMS

Using the ReiverNet solution, you can seamlessly tailor the guests Internet experience through the hotels PMS. Our intuitive interface allows the hotel to change the pricing, data allocation, time and speed of the connection via PMS database fields.

Advanced Conference Solution

We have vast experience with conferences, from director meetings to large scale conventions and exhibitions with 1000's of delegates. Access codes can be generated on demand by venue staff and used immediately by conference delegates.

One-Touch Prepaid Solution

ReiverNet's customers have access to our easy to use prepaid voucher printers. Staff can generate a voucher when requested by a guest, by simply pressing a button on the printer. Vouchers contain the guests unique access code, as well as providing our 24/7 guest support number. With charges only being invoiced on redemption, there is no requirement for the hotel to pre-purchase and deal with the hassle or management of stored value cards.

Yahoo!7 News and Weather

ReiverNet has a syndication agreement with Yahoo!7 that allows us to provide up to date news and weather feeds directly to your valued guests via the guest portal pages.

iPass Endorsed Network Security

The ReiverNet solution is fully endorsed by iPass, meaning that a hotel with ReiverNet's guest broadband system can service the many corporate users seeking hotels with iPass facilities. Achieving iPass endorsement also means that our systems have performed well under rigorous security testing.

VPN Compatibility

It is commonplace for corporate users to require VPN connections, we have ensured that our system is compatible with all major VPN vendors including Cisco, Microsoft, Novell and Nortel. We've also passed the rigorous iPass certification process which includes extensive end-to-end VPN testing.
